My goal for Content Game Plan is to help all people use content to achieve their business, organizational or personal goals. With that, I want to share some of the resources I use on a daily basis that help me create quality content.
Below are my personal recommendations, based off of experiences using the respective resource. Please note that any purchases you make of these products or services may result in an affiliate commission for me.
Do you have a resource that you think I should be using? Drop a note in the comment section. I love hearing about new tools and tricks to make my work more efficient.
I’ve been using Hostgator for more than six years and could never see myself with another hosting company. Hostgator’s uptime is as good as it gets and customer service is absolutely top-notch. Content Game Plan fans can also get a 25% discount off Hostgator by using the promo code: contentgameplan at checkout.
Easily the web’s best resource for high-quality WordPress themes, Themeforest has it all. I’ve never been disappointed with a purchase from Themeforest and the support provided by the marketplace and its sellers is second to none.
From Envato, Audiojungle is a phenomenal place to gather sound effects, music and other sounds you might need for use in videos, commercials or podcasts.
Simply put, WordPress is the single most used content management system on the web. As of this post (October, 2015), more than 24 percent of the web was powered by WordPress. The limitations of WordPress are endless, yet it’s easy to use. For Content Game Plan readers who aren’t so comfortable with the online world, WordPress.com allows a low barrier of entry with its free and easy-to-set up blog tool. I am a huge proponent of WordPress and think everyone should be using it.
Check back for more resources often as I’m always on the lookout for better tools to help make my work more and more efficient!
